We are pleased to welcome Dr Rahul Tipnis to the GP Collectiveteam. Dr Tipnis has been an integral part of our Urgent Care Clinic over the past year and brings with him over 29 years of clinical experience inpatient care.

Dr Tipnis is one of our CIRC VAS doctors and will be performing circumcisions at Your Hobart Doctor. Procedure Information Circumcision is a minor surgical procedure involving the removal of the foreskin, performed under local anaesthesia, which is administered at the base and around the head of the penis.
We do not perform circumcisions on males under 16 years of age unless two General Practitioners have provided a referral. We use an advanced circumcision stapler technique to ensure precision and optimal outcomes.
